Client: BT Financial Group Role: Project Manager, Marketing, Superannuation
The overhaul of superannuation legislation in 2007 created the opportunity for BT to consider improving their Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) to benefit investors.
All Marketing Projects managed a project to update the look and feel of BT documents. We introduced the life stage concept, supported by clear and concise language, and consolidated formats to deliver a fresh, ‘user friendly’ experience.
This seven-month project involved working on all aspects of document production including content creation, stakeholder review, compliance and due diligence controls, artwork and print production, financial management, reporting and project planning.
The target was to have these products updated, compliant and on market by 1 July 2007 – the project team brought this project in on time and delivered a cost savings of over $250,000 on budget.
